Our Fully Managed service takes care of every aspect of your tenancy, from marketing the property and finding the right tenant through to rent collection, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance, renewals, and day-to-day tenant management. It’s a complete, hands-off solution designed to give landlords total peace of mind while protecting their investment.
Our Fully Managed service is charged at 12% of the monthly rent, with a one-off set-up fee of £225 per room. The set-up fee covers marketing, tenant sourcing, viewings, referencing, tenancy preparation, compliance checks, and getting your property ready for occupation.

We make sure every listing stands out, is boosted for maximum exposure, and stays as visible as possible.
